How do I know what size to order?
We recommend using our size guide, which includes body measurements to help you find your best fit. If you're between sizes, sizing up offers a more relaxed feel, while sizing down gives a firmer fit.
Do your bras and briefs run true to size?
Yes. Our sizing is designed to be consistent and true to size. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out with your measurements and we’ll guide you.
I’m between sizes, should I size up or down?
For a roomier fit (especially in briefs), size up. For a more supportive or secure fit (especially in bras), size down. You can always email us for personalised advice.

Do your pieces stretch out over time?
We use a small amount of elastane (5%) to help our organic cotton hold its shape. With proper care, your pieces should retain their fit over time.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Estimated delivery times
Australia: 2–6 business days (standard), 1–3 days (express)
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Some delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control.
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on bras that are unworn, unwashed items with original tags. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product doesn’t meet our standards. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on underwear for hygiene reasons.
Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery

What makes your cotton organic?
We use GOTS-certified organic cotton, which is grown without harmful pesticides or synthetic fertilisers. It’s better for the soil, for the farmers, and for your skin.
Do your garments contain any synthetic fibres?
Only a minimal amount (5% or less) of elastane is added for stretch and comfort. The rest is pure organic cotton.
Are your products vegan?
Yes! Our entire range is 100% vegan-friendly.
Are the bra pads made from a natural material?
Currently, we use removable foam pads made from polyurethane or polyester foam for shape and coverage. We're actively researching sustainable alternatives for future releases.
Care Instructions
How do I wash and care for my items?
We recommend a cold, gentle machine wash inside a delicates bag. Avoid harsh detergents or fabric softeners, and line dry where possible.
Can I put them in the dryer?
We don’t recommend it as high heat can damage natural fibres and elastic. For best longevity, air dry flat or hang in the shade.
How do I care for the removable bra pads?
Remove them before washing your bra. You can hand wash the pads separately in cool water and air dry flat.

Where are your garments made?
Our products are ethically made in China by a manufacturing partner we trust. They are BSCI-accredited, meaning they meet strict standards for fair wages, safe working conditions, and ethical labour practices. We’ve chosen to work with this factory because they share our values — prioritising people and quality just as much as sustainability.
Is your packaging recyclable or compostable?
Yes! Our packaging is plastic-free, and home-compostable.
Do you produce in small batches?
Always. We make limited runs to reduce waste and overstock. It’s part of our slow fashion promise.
Why don’t you use conventional cotton?
Conventional cotton uses heavy pesticides, more water, and often exploits farmers and workers. Organic cotton is safer, more sustainable, and simply feels better.
