We want you to feel amazing in your underwear, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of mind

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on bras that are unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on underwear for hygiene reasons.

• Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense (unless faulty)

To initiate a return, email us at hello@lelaorganic.com with your order number and reason for return.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll make it right. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos if possible.
